Here’s how to join our priority waitlist:
Step 1 – Find Your Fit: Gather your roommate group and decide who will share a room and who will have a private room.
Step 2 – Apply: To add you to the waitlist, we’ll need a completed application from each roommate (no money is due at this time).
Step 3 – Notice: We’ll let you know by email when/if an apartment becomes available. At this time the price and unit assignment will be provided for you to consider.
Step 4 – Sign Your Lease: Once you say yes and your application is approved, we’ll rush you your lease documents. The lease signing must take place within 24 hours of delivery or you may lose the apartment. Your full security deposit will also be due at this time.
